This despite the fact Purpose-Driven organizations outperformed their peers, sometimes by 2x, on revenue growth and across 7 out of 8 initiatives surveyed.
The single biggest hindrance to Purpose initiatives? “Short-term shareholder pressure.” The argument doesn’t hold weight.
